A testament to the quality of our service can be seen in the volume of daily recommendations we receive from our locums. Many regularly promote our service to their colleagues and friends so they too can experience the quality of our customer care.
This alone has grown our database exponentially and to show our gratitude we offer a reward scheme to anyone recommending candidates. Our reward scheme pays an hourly bonus to the person who has recommended the doctor which means the more they work, the more you will earn.
We offer the following reward packages;
- House Officer or Senior House Officer – 0.50p per hour worked
- SPR or Staff Grade – £1.00 per hour worked.
- Associate Specialist or Consultant – £1.50 per hour worked.
An example of how this could work – recommend a locum consultant to us who we place in a full time position covering 50 hours per week, we will pay £1.50 x 50 = £75 for every week they work. If they were in a post for 6 months, this would generate a recommendation bonus of £1950. This can be paid directly to you either as PAYE or via a Ltd company or self employed method.
There are no limits to the number of candidates you can recommend to us. The only conditions that apply are that the candidate must be entirely new to our database and recommendation bonuses will only be paid up to 12 months from the point of recommendation.
It is an incredibly simple process, all you need to do is contact one of our advisors and pass the candidates name and contact details to them and we will do the rest.
